Prior to joining the Strata team, Dr. Jason Jones served AT&T as Director of Executive Development, providing services to more than 7,000 leaders worldwide. His work contributed to AT&T being named the #1 Learning Company in America by Chief Learning Officer Magazine. He has also served as an internal and external consultant to companies of various industries, providing support for organizational effectiveness and leadership development initiatives.
Jason is a Corporate Psychologist, a noted expert in human motivation and work performance, and is the author of the book 28 Days to a Motivated Team. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma where he focused his research on employee motivation and employee performance. He has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and is a certified Executive Coach, earning this distinction from the College of Executive Coaching.

Jason and his wife Valerie were married in 1995, have three children, and live in the Dallas metroplex.
